Tube squeezers

Squeezing the contents out of a tube requires grip strength and manipulative dexterity, both of which can problematic for someone who has a weakened grip, shaky hands or who suffers from a condition like arthritis.

What is a tube squeezer?

A tube squeezer is a very simple device that makes extracting the contents from a container like a toothpaste tube, toiletry tube or cosmetics tube easy and straightforward.

The squeezer typically slides down along the length of the tube from the bottom to the cap and, as it is progressively slid along the tube, it forces out some of the paste or lotion. The squeezer removes the need to squeeze the container. Instead all that is required is to slide the aid slightly closer to the cap for each use.

The squeezer also ensures that the tube is emptied from the bottom all the way up to the cap without any unused product being left in the holder.

These squeezers are simple to use and they can be used multiple times and on a number of different tube dispensing products. Some squeezers have large handles that make them very easy to use.

Tube squeezers can also have an automated (button control) operation which requires no effort on the part of the operator.

Tube roller

An alternative to the squeezer is a roller or rollmop. This works in a similar way to a squeezer, except that the instead of sliding along the tube the aid is turned for each use, thereby wrapping the tube around it.
