Key fob and key turning help
Door knob turners solve the problem of turning a Yale style door handle, however this still leaves the problem of holding, directing and turning the key. There are of course some excellent solutions.
Key fob turners
There are some key fob attachments that make the holding, directing and turning of a household key a much easier task.
These special key fob extensions have a split ring that will accept most standard mortice (cylinder type) key heads.
They offer extra gripping width with side wings and an easy-grip texture that makes unlocking or locking a door easier. Their ergonomic design is ideal for those with arthritis and other conditions that affect gripping and holding.

Key turner
The other key-using (turning) option is a key turner.
These aids actually hold keys (normally up to three) and the keys fold away into the turner's handle when not in use. The handle itself is the length of a typical griping hand and this means that controlling and turning the key is effortless.
There are a number of variations on the key turner design but all have a slightly curved and contoured handle that fits comfortably into the palm of the hand.
These key turners come in different colours and shapes, but all are lightweight and can be carried in a handbag or even a pocket.
